Support Jasmine’s Fight Against Type 1 Diabetes

Donation protected
Our dear friend Jasmine Simmons has been battling Type 1 diabetes since her diagnosis on April 20, 2015. This year has been especially devastating—since the start of 2025, she has fallen into two diabetic comas, leaving her body severely weakened. Her pancreas no longer functions, and without an insulin pump, she cannot begin to regain her strength.

At just 29 years old (turning 30 in March), Jasmine’s condition has drastically changed her life. Her blood sugar drops unpredictably, putting her at constant risk of another coma. She can no longer live independently and is now experiencing mild stroke symptoms following her last coma. She describes her body as exhausted, but her biggest fear is falling asleep and not waking up.

Despite these challenges, Jasmine remains determined. She is currently pursuing her business degree virtually, using schoolwork to keep her mind focused during long hospital stays. However, she urgently needs help—not only for an insulin pump but also for medical expenses and ongoing care.

For Jasmine’s 30th birthday, we want to give her the greatest gift—the chance to regain her health and restore her independence. Any donation, no matter how small, will bring her one step closer to this goal.

Please donate and share—let’s help Jasmine get the care she needs!
