With ongoing medical issues and needs

Hello, my name is Ryan Jardine. For anyone that doesn't know my story or what's going on, for the past cpl years I have had some issues with gout, when went to Dr and mentioned my foot felt a bit "heavy" from time to time they shrugged it off as the gout and didn't test for anything. Then a few times I came in with my hand would randomly cramp up and seemed to be losing a little strength, they would do blood work and say I'm fine and send me on my way.
Fast forward a year (went in numerous times through that year and kept getting same answers), all while I averaged probably 60hrs a week at work (genuinely can say i lovef my job), traveled in jeep as much as humanly possible, was always busy doing something. Then 10 months ago I go into work my foot in excruciating pain and I end up leaving it gets so bad and I can barely even walk with cane, I go to er and they yet again find nothing and tell me to take this for gout and come back in a week if it persists...by the time the pain dies down I can barely lift my right foot and my lower back is paining quite bad, I go see my chiropractor to get my neck back looked at and he notices my foot soon as I start walking and he says that's called drop foot you have to get that looked at asap, next day I made an appointment with my family dr and tell him about that as well as habd issue he kinda shrugs says nothing then says he'll send me for bloodwork. A month or so goes by and I have another appointment for bloodwork results (at this time he was phone appointment mostly) and to speak with him and tell him I seem to be unusually short winded lately and that hand seemed to have gotten a little worse as well as the drop foot. He sends me for more bloodwork again ... then I hear same thing... fast forward a few months of getting nowhere other than whatever this was was getting noticeably worse my sister in law saw how bad I was getting (can't walk without walker at this point and hand is weak can barely dress myself) so she got me I to see a new Dr and within a few days I had different bloodwork tests, mri done and got in to see a neurologist, and after neurologist appointment he set me up with head mri and got me in to the Stan Cassidy Rehabilitation center in Frederton. And now even tho I do not have a final diagnosis yet they know the neurological damage can't be reversed and are treating me for having ALS on medication called Riluzole which is stupidly expensive even with some coverage, now my reason for this gofundme is that I will have to have quite a few things done at ho.e to make it liveable for me moving forward. Breathing got bad enough that I now need a bipap machine, needed a new walker fit to me as well as a few new braces fit for me, then I will need quite a few things at home to bring back some quality of life and the fact I was told I'd not be able to return to work especially as long as I need assistance to walk. So as bad as I hate to I decided to make this gofundme to potentially get some help. So if you see this and donate, from the bottom of my heart thank you it is greatly appreciated.
