Romeo Pineda’s medical bills Cancer & amputation

Hi, my name is Valerie and my husband Xavier and I adopted Romeo when he was about 3 months from a shelter. I had just lost my job and he was really a saving grace. He is now 7 years old. This past April we were on a walk and he jumped up a tree to try and get a squirrel. He ended up braking his left wrist when he landed. We paid like $5,000 for surgery. Everything was fine until a large bump started to grow exactly where the brake was. We found out that Romeo has Osteosarcoma, bone cancer. This cancer is aggressive, he is ok now but who knows if he is in pain or not. He is hopping around everywhere not using that left leg. Now we are on the fast track to get him an amputation. After the surgery, then we will begin radiation treatment. If anyone has met us, you know, Romeo is our son! We have such a special bond with our boy. He has been truly the light of our lives. We cannot stop fighting for our boy here. Please help us anyway you can. We would really be grateful for it no matter the amount.
