Surgery, medical, and care costs for Noah.

I'm looking to raise money for my 17 year old brother. On Dec 16th He fell over 75 feet, Injuring his spine in 3 different places, and breaking numerous bones.  He may need multiple surgeries, months of rehabilitation, and continuous care as he transitions back home. Any help with this battle we will be facing over the next few months is needed and appreciated.
