Help with the loss of John Pappas

Hey, I'm Nick, the son of John Pappas. On September 11th, 2022, my parents were struck by a driver who's suspected of having been under the influence. My dad and my dog Cookie were killed immediately on impact. My mother survived and walked away from the crash. EMS and the coroner said it's a miracle she's still with us. We are deeply saddened by this tragedy.

We always used to mess with my dad for being annoyingly optimistic - he never would be upset about anything. There was always a positive to every situation. Now it's my turn. I loved my dad. I am so grateful to have been raised by the perfect example of what a man should be. I'm thankful for each and every moment I spent with him. For his career advice, stupid jokes, and love for his family. Gone but never forgotten. We'll miss you, Dad.

Some of you may know that my mom has been a stay at home mom the past twenty or so years. We are asking for funds to help support funeral costs, lawyer fees, and helping my mom get her feet off the ground when the time comes.
