To help with travel expenses and medical bills

Hello my name is Anthony Metts and I recently had an accident that has left me unable to

work. I was putting a metal roof on a house

and fell off the edge and landed on the back of my neck and as a result I now have a broken

back. The doctors fused from t-12 down to L-2. I’m only needing the money for gas to get back and forth to the appointments. I don’t have a vehicle so I have to pay someone to take me. I’m not asking for much just a little help. I generally have a steady income so now that this has happened I’m lost. The  doctors told me it would be a minimum of 3 months before I could even consider trying to go back to work. I don’t have any kind of medical insurance , so the medicine and office visits are gonna make me lose everything I’ve worked for,  that is if I can afford them.
