Hi, we're Without Wings, the Manx Autoimmune Trust, IOM registered charity no 1213. We desperately need funds - please help us!

OUR CAUSE

Without Wings was established in 2016 in response to a clear need in the Isle of Man for a compassionate service to address the emotional and practical challenges people face whose lives are affected everyday by an autoimmune diagnosis.

OUR PURPOSE

Without Wings believes that if you have complex autoimmune issues, you'll experience better overall health outcomes if you're treated with value and respect.

The charity also believes these positive outcomes benefit our whole community.

As well as raising awareness and seeking to provide positive information, part of our mission is therefore to ensure easy access to services that nourish minds, bodies and souls.

This means our grant scheme is bespoke to need and includes such things as counselling, home help and support into exercise programmes.

Our free at the point of use health service is presently under threat - which means those who fall under our legal constitution are under threat too. Now more than ever, we therefore desperately need FUNDS to help us work towards making our Island better - please help us, any little helps.
