Witt Family Boston Marathon Trip

Howdy Folks!
In October, I entered a lottery selection held by John Hancock to participate in the 2019 Boston Marathon as a charity runner. Over 450 Hancock employees entered the lottery to fill 150 spots. Initially, I was not selected as a runner, but as an alternate on the waitlist. On November 20, 2018, I was officially activated off the waitlist as a member of the John Hancock Boston Marathon Team. As a charity runner, I have to pay my own travel, registration fee, and raise $5,000 for a local charity. Lodging and flights to Boston are extremely expensive (if you can still find them) due to the high volume of travelers during the Marathon weekend. I would love to have my family there to support me in this once in a lifetime event. The approximate cost for flights, lodging, and registration is $3,500. My family and I would greatly appreciate any and all help with these unplanned expenses. I have set up my charity account through crowdrise. I will be running for the Oklahoma 4-H Foundation. The youth and future of Oklahoma will be directly benefited by this great journey I am just starting. Please help me spread the word. Your Prayers and words of encouragement are also welcome as I will be struggling through my brutal training program (that usually begins daily @4:00am) over the next 4 months.
Thanks & God Bless!
