Friends of Michelle Materre Wellness Campaign

During this past summer (2021), Michelle Materre embarked upon a "first- time health journey". True to character, Michelle is optimistic and in great spirits. Thankfully, her prognosis is excellent, however the treatment process is intense.

We have created The Friends of Michelle Materre Wellness Campaign to assist the treatment and healing process for Michelle's full recovery, and look forward to her return home after an extended seven-week hospital stay. In order for her to be able to continue her treatment, recovery and healing process at home, ongoing professional care is required. The Friends of Michelle Materre Wellness Campaign is the effort of Michelle's family and friends to help make the necessary home care now needed possible. Michelle will now require a combination of physical rehabilitation and home care professionals for a projected 6-8 weeks as her treatment regimen continues. The requested donor participation will help to cover the costs for professional care and medical equipment and supplies. Other expenses may include the need for necessary transport and diagnostic support.

We appreciate the many efforts of assistance and support that have been received during the past 12 weeks. It is this support that has allowed us to navigate sometimes complicated waters, and to find some understanding of the requirements and necessary logistics for recovery. We also continue to welcome your continued positive thoughts and prayers that been invaluable.
