Save our House!

As some of you know, Lee was suddenly and shockingly taken away from us on March 23rd. It’s unbelievable that on that morning he was perfectly fine, and as I said goodbye and I love you as I left for work that I would never be able to see, touch or talk to him again. Now while still grieving and trying to figure out how to live without my other half. I have been told that I will lose our house too. Because Lee and I were not yet married, I have no say over his assets. Lee owned our home and of course we were planning to live here for awhile. We were in the process of planning our wedding and amid the corona virus were seriously talking about going to a justice of the peace and have a wedding later. We just ran out of time, no one could have predicted this happen. So his assets go to his family and they could care less about what Lee would want. Some people are motivated by money, some are motivated by the heart. Lee was looked down on by his family because he did things from the heart. Because he decided to leave a six figure job to follow his passion as a musician. Because he fell unto hard times, because that is life. Lee was constantly trying to make them see the talents he possessed, only to be denied every time. Well I saw his talents and I saw his heart and now I have to fight for him. Our house is the last thing I have of him. It holds our possessions and our memories and I will try my hardest to hold on to them, not just for me but for Lee too! He would never want this to happen. I lost Lee and I can’t lose our home too. It would be unbearable for me to walk away from everything. I plan to get a loan for the amount I need. I know it’s a hard time for everyone, but anything would help. One dollar is one less I’ll have to try to get together. To all of you that have your special person, I hope you will be able to hold on to them forever. And for those who don’t, true love does exist, just hang in there, it will happen at a random time and it will be amazing. Trust me, I lived it ❤️
