Sheffield Half Marathon

Hi my name is Ollie, I’ve always had a passion for sport and pushing myself past my limits. Running is something that I’ve always enjoyed, I’ve used sport and running as an outlet for mental struggles in the past. Running has played a massive role in my development as an individual and helped me overcome things in my life that I thought at the time would be non-achievable.

Poor Mental health is such a common issue within our generation, 1 in 4 people suffer. Which is why I have decided to raise money for the mental health charity, MIND. The money donated will go towards a cause that works to help people suffering in silence, offering them a hand to guide them towards the light at the end of the tunnel. People that work within mental health, my friends and my family are the reasons why I found the light at the end of my tunnel and are heavily responsible for the person I’ve developed into today. I’d like to give back to these people by raising money and supporting their work, any donation will go along way for those who need it.

Thank you for taking the time to read, Ollie.
