WHO WE ARE
We are a team of individuals who came together from all walks of life with the belief that we must find ways to say THANK YOU to our Healthcare Heroes fighting the COVID-19 crisis: www.t4hh.com 

WHAT IS OUR MISSION
Born in Ibiza, for Healthcare Heroes.
Our mission is to find at least 1000 best in class accommodation providers in Europe and give back to these Healthcare Heroes in 2021.

The donated holiday value so far has reached EUR 850’000, providing a free week of accommodation for more than 600 guests in 65 accommodations!  

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS PRIVATE FUNDRAISING AND WHO IS THE BENEFICIARY
After having reached 50 donated accommodations in May, we founded the charitable association (T4HH - Gestora de Proyectos, Ibiza) to manage initiative’s mission professionally throughout the next 12-14 months and to ensure that it reaches its full scale and potential.

We have engaged professional project managers and onboarded a reputable PR & Marketing agency to help promote promote our mission and the good cause throughout Europe https://www.theeverydayagency.com/ 
Additional professional services will be needed to manage other destinations and acquire the envisioned total of 1000 accommodations. The operational team is also responsible for the selection, planning and logistics of the travel arrangements.

The steering committee and advisory board of the TOGETHER for Healthcare Heroes (T4HH) initiative will continue to work fully pro bono (free) until the end of 2021 when the mission will be accomplished.

Nevertheless, only a professional operational team and selected third party service providers can help us to achieve our mission fully. All proceeds out of this private fundraising go towards those professional services.

This fundraising is time critical and we need your contributions NOW to have the biggest leverage with T4HH and reach our mission’s goals!    

WHAT THE MONEY WILL BE USED FOR
Our financial plan outlines the cost in the following way for the next 12-14 months: project management (25%), accommodation & destination acquisition (20%), PR agency & marketing (15%), legal & accounting (5%), web & content management (10%), technical support/logistics and databases (10%), guest desk & services (5%), expenses & media costs (10%).

If we reach our goal, delivering an unforgettable one-week holiday experience for 8000-10000 guests, the operational project costs per healthcare hero and guest amount to only EUR 30-40.

OTHER UPCOMING FUNDRAISING (PUBLIC)
Later this year we plan to execute another major fundraising round, supported by celebrity figureheads and media that will raise funds to cover the majority of flights and insurance costs of the anticipated 8000-10000 Healthcare Heroes and their families. If you intend to contribute to the flight and insurance costs of the Healthcare Heroes ONLY, please keep following the initiative and subscribe to the newsletter on www.t4hh.com . We will notify you when this round of fundraising commences. 

WHY WE HAVE SEPARATE FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS, PRIVATE AND PUBLIC
We want to allocate the funds as transparently, effectively and efficiently as possible. A lean but powerful project organization allows us to allocate the privately raised funds as focused as possible according to a detailed budget. Publicly raised funds on the other hand should fully benefit the travel expenses (flights, insurances etc.) of the healthcare beneficiaries and not be diluted by any organizational overhead.

WHY WE DON’T WANT TO APPLY FOR SUBSIDIES AND PUBLIC FUNDS
The local economies of all holiday destinations have been hit very hard by the COVID-19 crisis, putting local businesses at jeopardy and leaving many families without jobs and income. These families are in great need of help as well and the local governments should focus their funds and subsidies on them and not be diluted by initiatives like T4HH. 

HOW WILL WE SELECT HEALTHCARE HEROES
We are working with the healthcare community and some of the most reputable hospitals in Spain and Europe to define the nomination and selection process and reward those fighting at the COVID-19 frontline. T4HH will also allow direct applications from healthcare heroes working at the epicentres of this ongoing global pandemic.  

WHY THIS PROJECT MATTERS TO US
The lockdowns may have come to a close in some geographies and the weekly clapping for Healthcare Heroes on balconies might have subsided. But those heroes are still among us, fighting the global pandemic to save the lives of our friends, families and communities. We want to reward them with what they deserve, give some of them time off with their loved ones to somehow recover from what they went through.
