Wolfie - Another Southside Angel Earns His Wings

Hi, my name is Jay and along with my Dukes brother Angel are asking for donations to fund funeral expenses for our brother Wilfredo Cruz who has been called to be by our Lord’s side in Heaven. Wolfie, as he was known by all that knew him, passed away a couple of weeks ago and is being held in the morgue in NYC. According to information he was found deceased in his apartment. Several people found it strange that he was not calling , texting or communicating on social media, I being one of them. We sent one of the guys to do a wellness check and received the sad news of his demise from the super of the building. Wolfie has no known relatives in New York and nobody to claim his body that we know of. We have taken it upon ourselves to organize a decent sendoff for this Southside brother known by many people instead of him being dumped in Potter’s Field as an unknown and unclaimed soul. Can you please find it in your hearts to contribute for a proper sendoff with blessings and prayers for his soul to rest in peace. Angel and I have already met with the funeral director from Ortiz Funeral Home in the Southside to set the arrangements for his sendoff on Saturday, February 24, 2024 5PM- 9PM. Our good brother, Angel Ortiz took the time to locate him and have Gil, another brother give Wolfie a wellness check. Our dearly departed brother Wolfie was originally in the Dukes dating back to 1976. In recent years he joined TWC for a while then SN in the Bronx. As Always, One Love!
