Comfy Care12 is visiting high school girls in rural Tanzania to provide menstrual health and hygiene education and reusable sanitary pads.

48% of Tanzanian schoolgirls miss up to 40-60 days of school per year because they cannot access sanitary pads. This affects their confidence, participation, and performance in educational activities. Lower attendance rates in school severely limits academic potential and contributes to a cycle of disempowerment.

As little as Tsh10,000 (less than US$4) will provide a girl in rural Tanzania with an 18 month supply of reusable sanitary pads, and enable her to continue to attend school in confidence and dignity.
