WOMEN AWAKENING PROJECT 2024 LAUNCH

How many female spiritual leaders you know? And who is the wisest woman you met in your life? (Probably your grandma). The world is full of women of wisdom. These powerful ladies deserve and need a dedicated space from which their lights can shine, together.

ABOUT ME:

Hi, my name is Erica Bassani, I'm an Italian author. I've been practising in the Theravada Buddhist Tradition since I'm 20 years old, and lived one year in a Buddhist monastery. I then enrolled in a writing Academy and combining these two great drives of mine - writing and the spiritual search - last year I started focusing entirely on female spiritual masters of different traditions, interviewing and writing about them.

I wrote a book with the first nine interviews, that is going to be published in Italy, in November (Donne che Esplorano il Divino).

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

The Women Awakening Project si a space for women to express the depths of human experience, the fragrances of taking care of life and the power of love. It is a space to amplify voices that have been historically silenced. Women have never been invited to share their wisdom, which in this times can be extremely beneficial to the world.

Researching, contacting spiritually inspiring women, travelling towards them and interviewing them is a way to bring them into the light for the benefit of everyone. I hope that they can help you and inspire you as they did to me.

WHY 10.000 EUROS:

1000: honorary for the women I interview. This will permit me to give a small donation to each one of them.

1000: costs for social media support, video editing, book edition, technical support

2000: technical equipment (video and audio recording tools)

3000: accomodation (10 euros per day)

3000 travelling costs

NEXT TRIP:

I really want to thank the donors that so far supported the project, allowing me to make interviews and video interviews in India (Spring 2024), France (June 2024) and Italy.

The next trip is to America! Next month (November 2024) I'm going to New York and surrounding areas to meet with wonderful and inspiring ladies. I'm looking forward to share their wisdom and life experience with you.
