Fundraising to Build a new women’s shelter in YEG

Hello,

My name is Sarah and I am a survivor of domestic violence. I started a not for profit organization in Edmonton in 2024 to assist women and children experiencing domestic violence, abuse and coercive control.

This fundraiser is to build a new women’s shelter in Edmonton (YEG) to provide women and children a safe place to go when fleeing an abusive relationship. Funds will also be used to provide necessities to those seeking assistance from our organization at the time they are leaving the situation.

Our goal is provide guidance with situational resources and provide a safe environment to thrive after abuse while reestablishing self confidence and self worth.

**All donations over $20 are eligible for a tax receipt if received before December 31, 2025 before 11:59:59pm.
