Womens' Community Mural in Springfield

Inspired by the Few and Far crew of international women street artists and graffiti writers, a group of women in Jacksonville, FL has decided to organize a collaborative mural production with 11 local artists in the Historic Springfield neighborhood! (www.fewandfarwomen.com)

The purpose of this project is to empower and unite women from all across the city of Jacksonville, and to add beauty to the historic Springfield neighborhood!

The funds will be used for paint materials, and if any is left over it will be used for food and drinks for the artists as they work! We will also need ladders if anyone is willing to lend one out!

The artists will be painting the exterior walls of a gas station on Main St. and 3rd St., pictured below.
