Wood man fire in Stockport
Donation protected
Mckenzie was caught up in a fire, in the woodman pub he sadly has full thickness burns to his face, head back shoulders arms and hands and also has internal burns to his throat windpipe and lungs. He is in critical condition at the moment and is on life support, this is his 10th day on life support and has had 3 major life saving operations so far. and has a very long road to recovery a head of him once he’s out of this critical stage. He will be in Alder Hey Hospital for the next 6-12 months, and will mean he misses out on his last year in school.
His mother and little brother are absolutely devastated and heartbroken, there lives have been turned totally upside down, and for the time being have left their home in Stockport to stay at the Ronald McDonald House at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool so they can be with Mckenzie.
Any donations will go towards Mckenzie’s recovery and to do something nice for him once he’s out of hospital.
