Woodford Academy Staff Appreciation Fund

School Staff are the backbone of any great school. They work incredibly hard daily to continuously get better to ensure all students at that school have an outstanding educational experience - academically, socially and emotionally.

Woodford Academy Staff deserve to feel appreciated and valued! A culture of appreciation happens regularly, in even small ways that acknowledge and notice the work of all staff.

Unfortunately, state funding limits what we can and cannot spend our budget on -- specifically related to how we approach staff culture.

This GoFundMe page will hopefully start a small fund to support various staff culture initiatives including luncheons, small tokens, gift cards, school swag, etc.

We've all had that job where we loved going to work every day - probably because we felt deeply appreciated! And most of the time those organizations or companies had funding to support how they showed appreciation.

Join me in honoring and appreciating the incredible staff at Woodford Academy this year!
