WOOSTER HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL
Donation protected
Wooster High School has been blessed by the opportunity to turn their baseball team around with the help of a new head coach and great coaching staff. Thanks to the coaches and the help of many of the players we plan to revitalize the baseball field at the school. Those of you who have been there recently will notice that it hasn’t been painted in years with paint flaking off and faded on all buildings including the ticket-booth stand, snack bar, and the main building that houses the coach’s office, locker room, and grounds keeper shop. The outfield warning track is overgrown, the infield is uneven, and the list goes on. Our coaches and players have already been donating hours every day working tirelessly on this area to revamp including already prepping all the buildings to be painted and a plan to paint the first weekend of November. Funds are limited and we need some help. The money raised will go towards revitalizing the bull pen, leveling out the dirt and making home plate even, cutting out the sod and leveling out and re-doing the infield, re-doing the outfield warning track and taking out the overgrowth and repairing the fence, repairing all pitching and hitting screens, sprucing up the buildings, and more. We are asking that you please donate if able, any amount will help! Our coaches and players are volunteering the manpower, we just need funds to pay for the supplies to make this happen. Any money raised over the amount needed for the revitalization project will go to the baseball team fund which will allow the players to have new uniforms, helmets, and gear. Thank you for contributing to Wooster’s baseball team and supporting these amazing high school students!
