World Challenge - Vietnam and Cambodia

Hi everyone,

I’m Bella, I am 16 years old and I am currently studying year 10 on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

I am one of only 13 students from my secondary school that have been carefully chosen to participate in the 2024 World Challenge in Cambodia and Vietnam.

Part of the challenge is for me to raise the money myself to attend the 21-day expedition so I have set up this Go Fund Me page in the hope you might be able to offer a donation.

During the expedition, there will be many challenges I will need to overcome. We will be trekking through jungles, sleeping in tents, canoeing down rivers, living in remote and less fortunate villages and contributing to a local initiative to help improve their water and sanitation facilities.

I will also be holding sausage sizzles and selling chocolates to help raise the funds I require and anything extra raised will be donated directly to the villages that I visit and work with.

This once-in-a-lifetime experience will teach me new skills, and develop my confidence, independence and resilience but most importantly will help the less fortunate and any donation you are able to offer would be greatly appreciated.
