Shan’s World University Games 2025 fundraiser

Hello! My name is Shanna-Kae, and I am excited to share my journey towards representing Great Britain at the 2025 FISU World University Games in Rhine, Germany.

As a proud member of the Great Britain Senior Development Squad, I am committed to pursuing my passion for gymnastics at the highest level. However, this incredible opportunity is self-funded, meaning that I need to cover all expenses, including flights, accommodation, training, and competition gear. To nominate myself for selection, I will need to raise approximately £4,500, in addition to travel costs.

I’m thrilled to report that my competition season is off to a fantastic start, with performances that have exceeded the minimum standards on both occasions. This motivates me even more to reach my goal, and that’s where I hope to receive your support.

I began my gymnastics journey at Leeds Gymnastics Club at the age of 4, and my dedication to the sport has only grown stronger over the years. I currently train five days a week and am passionate about sharing my love for gymnastics by coaching the next generation twice a week. Alongside my athletic commitments, I am also in my second year studying Sports Therapy at Leeds Beckett University, striving to excel academically.
