Help Avery attend 2024 Taekwondo World Championships - Korea

Hi, my name is Avery Hutchings.

I am a 17 year old elite black belt Taekwondo sparring athlete training at Capital Taekwondo Academy in Ottawa for almost 7 years. I have been training and competing nationally and internationally to improve and be the best athlete I can be. My passion for taekwondo has only grown every step of my journey, and am looking forward to seeing what I can accomplish as I continue to learn and improve.

This July, I accomplished my goal of winning the -63kg division at the Canadian National Championships! As a result, I have earned my spot on the Canadian National Team. We will be competing at the 2024 World Junior Championships in South Korea at the beginning of October.

This is an incredible opportunity for me to showcase my abilities on a global stage and represent our county at part of this team. However, as self-funded athletes, the travel and competition fees are costly and any support would be incredibly helpful and appreciated. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly towards covering my expenses to make this amazing opportunity possible!
