WorldPeace Teaching Peace

My name is Dr John WorldPeace JD, since 1988 when I legally changed it after my first divorce to align my name with my vision for the future. I was 39 then and I am now 75.

I have been focused on increasing the peace in the world human society all my life. But it has literally taken all my life to come to an understanding as to what that means and what it was going to take to make it happen.

I am a high IQ (mensa verified) high energy polymath. I have degrees insurance 78, accounting 78, political science 70 and law 84. I am an Army veteran 1970-72 who was drafted after college, was trained as an infantry sergeant for 11 months to go to Vietnam but was sent to SETAF (Southen European Task force branch of NATO) stationed in Vicenza, Italy. From 1972 when I was honorable discharged from the Army, to present I was self-employed in insurance, accounting, tax, law and web design.

Since 2009, I have lived a minimalists life. I am not homeless. I live a minimalist life, a motorcycle, no car since 2013, Albuquerque is a big small town unlike Houston, Texas where you need a car. I rent about 1400 feet in an office building which serves as my home, office and studio. I have no employees. I own no property, stocks, bonds, or other assets. My retirement is my social security and the remnants of my web design business. I have 98% coverage of my heath expenses through the VA due to my military service during the Vietnam Era.

I have written and self-published 150 books with Amazon 125 of which are poetry (DrJohnWorldPeaceJDpoetry.com)( 1970- present but nothing published until 2018.) I submitted for the Pulitzer Poetry Prize for 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024) and the rest of my books are on religion and spirituality and peace. I have 8 books on Christianity and I have reinterpreted the Tao te Ching, The Analects of Confucius, The Bhagavad Gita, The Dammapada and studied Mormonism, Bahai, and Islam and Judaism through the Old Testament. I have written a book "The Third Millennium Second Reformation of Christianity". I have consolidated the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and Thomas to eliminate the repetition in these gospels called "The Third Millennium Gospel of Jesus Christ" and is on my website ThePurpleOrderofSpiritualChristians.com/gospel.asp.

I ran for governor of Texas in 2003. I have been running a write-in candidacy for President of the USA since 2016.

I have had two formal 19 year marriages and three other significant female relationships from 1965 to 2016. I have 4 children born between 1971 - 1976 who are all in their late 40's and early 50's with wife one 1969 - 1987. Since 2016, I have been celibate. Alone but not lonely. Open to a relationship but not looking.

I was born in Houston, Texas in 1948 and lived there until 2011 when I moved permanently to Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In 2017, I realized that there is no university in the world human society that has a curriculum for degrees in peace studies. I sent letters to 250 Chancellors and Presidents of universities in the United States looking for one to hire me to develop Teach Peace curriculum and none responded.

I was confused about the lack of interest.

I have intensively studied Hitler and the American Civil War. I have lived most of my life in the South and fully understand the racist mindset. I have a book "Raw White Racism". When I was about 14 my father asked why I was always reading about Hitler. He never asked me about my in depth studies in religion and spirituality. I told him I did not understand how Hitler accomplished nearly taking over the world. I did not fully understand until Donald Trump and the MAGA cult manifested in America.

When Hamas terrorized Israel, October 7, 2023, I for the first time fully understood why there is no university teaching peace in the world human society. The reason is very simple.

All universities are run my boards and those board members have conflicting political, spiritual, religious mindsets. We have seen in the last 4 months the internal conflicts in the university board rooms. That chaos, extends to the faculties and to the student body. So teaching peace is the poison pill for universities.

Bottom line, to try to set up a Teach Peace Curriculum would immediately create a civil war within the university's board that would propagate into the entire university. Israel in Gaza has brought this reality front and center into the Global mindset.

I have a core website WorldPeaceTeachingPeace.com. It is being filled in with the 19,000 pages on my website JohnWorldPeace.com and supplemented daily with my ongoing writings and videos.

THERE MUST BE A GLOBAL CURRICULUM TO TEACH PEACE

My vision is to set this project up independent of all the Universities control which would destroy it. But I feel competent to manage and grow this project through my 10 year university experience as a student (I worked full time through all 10 years) I borrowed no money and had no scholarships. But the U S Army education benefits were $65,000 which helped me acquire my Accounting and Law degrees as I worked full time and raised a family.

I believe that the universities all over the world would allow their students to acquire 3-6 college hours by taking courses in my WorldPeace Teaching Peace project. But the universities will never be able to create a curriculum internally.

The universities may formally incorporate some of the courses which this project would create when they see the details of the course.

Of course, no subject would be prohibited in this project. This project would create an environment where no subject was taboo.

I considered setting up a Patreon account but I do not want a fee to block anyone from participating. So all the funds will have to be donated. If a student could and wanted to contribute, fine. But there will be no fees to attend.

I have started 5 successful businesses in my career so I understand marketing. The funds that are contributed initially would be 98% for the advertising and promoting this project. I would take 2% if I need it. I have 15 years of living a minimalist life and these contributions are not going to be used to increase my standard of living. Anyone who knows me knows my ego is not tied up in money and possessions.

I will need people who understand internet marketing to probably be allocated some salary to manage the advertising. It is possible some knowledgeable people would do the marketing for free. If the entire project could be run by volunteers that would be the ultimate accomplishment internally.

I absolutely have no interest in creating a bureaucracy that I have to manage. Money comes in and its immediately goes out to advertising, salaries, and some rent for an office. It is my expectation that a CPA firm would have to be hired to keep track of the money and post a public notice of the monthly finances.

I do see in time a research facility to be established to house this project. I would expect educators and teachers to bring their expertise to develop the curriculum. I have no expertise in creating courses. I need help in organizing the massive amount of research I already have as a beginning.

I do not want to create a non-profit organization. I believe I can create this as a for profit business that would spend all the funds week to week to avoid paying income taxes. It will be easy to see what is left at the end of the month and spend it all on advertising. I do not know if having a non -profit which would allow larger contributors to deduction their contributions. I will do whatever it takes.

My assurance is that I will not use the monies to increase my life style.

I need infinite help in creating and growing this project. But I firmly believe the time is now to begin this project. What is going on in Gaza and Ukraine must be stopped. And the United Nations does not have a focus or commitment from the nations of the world to resolve these murderous conflicts all over the world much less tackle global warming.

I have no intent to create a New World Order. I have an intent to increase the peace in the world human society and my part of that is to head-up a teach peace endeavor. I have no peers in my vision. Of 8 billion people in the world, no one has proposed this vision to Teach Peace. As I have said, you would think the universities would have done this long ago. But they are choked off by their boards from even attempting it.

I want to be the ongoing catalyst of this project, not the CEO. I am the man of ideas who is capable of being the man of action but wants to focus the majority of my efforts to expand the project not manage it.
