I am a 2nd-time divorcee, an In-Home Support Specialist and an elected Chaplain and lifetime member of the VFW, Post 1523. Like everyone else I am wading through self-discovery. I have spent a lifetime using my writing, my tarot and my art as a survival tool and a coping mechanism and now I feel like I have healed enough to share my testimony with anyone that needs to hear it.
I want you to read about my pain and my embarrassment. I want you to feel my heartbreak and my shame, my victories and my defeats. I want you to feel the difference between who I was and who I am. I want you to know that on your worst day, you are not alone. You are not crazy.
You are allowed to live outside the box and to not fit in. We are all trying to find ourselves in this maze called life, and I offer you a light at the end of the tunnel, but for you to truly believe that my hope is genuine; that my light is true, you must first get to know the me, when I had none.
After 30 years of transmuting my pain, I am proud of the person that I have become, but you will find as you flip through the various tabs and pages that this was not always the case. It would be a great honor to uplift and inspire at least one person to fight for a better life for themselves. There is no greater calling to me, and I am blessed to be here, above ground, sharing these moments with you.
Please note that http://woven-tales.space is a non-profit website and I only ask to raise enough money to keep her afloat. Any small amount that you can afford would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
