Angel Mothers Helping Hands

On October 21st 2014 my families lives were changed forever. I was 41 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my 2nd daughter. I was in labor and arrived at the hospital around noon. After checking in I was hooked up to the monitor to begin the process of giving birth to our 2nd child. Only our world crashed that day. Her heartbeat was no where to be found. Within minutes I went from thinking my daughter was about to be a big sister to having to decide arrangements for my angel daughter after giving birth.
The first night I spent in the hospital I searched online on facebook for support groups for other Moms who had angel babies. I was overwhelmed with the love and support I recieved from all over not only the United States but all over the world. Late nights were spent talking to them when I couldnt sleep. I soon began to realize the support of everyone around us was overwhelming and positive. We felt the love from everywhere. Meals were sent to us from other states, gift cards, care packages, jewelry. Mostly from people I had never even met. Every time I recieved a package my heart was filled with joy even if only for a couple minutes.
After the dust settled I began to realize how many moms had been in the same situation as me. And how we all needed so much support. I thought to myself I want to send a gift to an angel Mom. Mothers day was approaching quick and I wanted them to know they were still a Mother even if there wasnt a child here on earth to show that. The feeling I got from sending them something special was something I wanted to do over and over. So I decided I wanted to start a fund so that when Mothers are going through a loss they can recieve a special piece of jewelry, or a momento that will keep their Angels spirit alive. Its something so dear to my heart and I want everyone to have the support I was lucky enough to have.
