Brandon "Dino" Peterson Recovery Fund

This is Brandon Peterson; otherwise known as "Dino". On February 28th Dino was struck by an uninsured, drunk driver while riding his motorcycle. He sustained severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury.  Dino was placed in a medically induced coma for several weeks and eventually required surgery to relieve built up pressure on his brain. Dino's health is slowly improving, but there are constant setbacks and concerns. Although loved ones continue to be optimistic, those involved are now realizing that Dino’s recovery is going to be long and difficult.

The purpose of this Go Fund Me campaign is to help Dino along his path towards recovery. The funds raised here will help cover the costs associated with his inability to return to work, as well as other medical and living expenses. As previously stated, the person responsible for Dino’s injuries had no insurance of any kind. So, Dino will be responsible for most of the related costs, which could potentially be life-long.

Dino is a lover of life in every sense of the phrase. A proud brother of the ILWU Local 13, Dino is all about hard work, riding motorcycles, adventuring with friends, attending concerts, passionately rooting for the Clippers and Dodgers, and enjoying every second of every day. Dino’s booming, infectious laugh can shake the boredom from one’s bones, reminding those around him that every day on this earth is a day to be celebrated.  With this type of injury, rehabilitation is the key to a higher ceiling in long term recovery.  We are asking you today to donate to Brandon’s rehabilitation effort. 100% of all donations go directly to Dino on his road to recovery.
