UPDATE: We desperately need further funding to keep GABRIEL AHRENS, an 18-year-old South African ballet student, in the Pre-Professional program of the world-renowned Miami City Ballet School.

We are delighted to report that he has had a successful year of growth and hard work. He has even been invited to dance in Swan Lake with the Miami City Ballet Company as a student performer. Gabriel has been offered a second year of tuition and housing scholarship. All very exciting!

Please consider donating to this fund to allow this remarkable and hardworking dancer to continue to pursue his dreams and stay in the United States. The funds we have collected thus far have been used carefully to provide Gabriel with the necessities of day-to-day living expenses. Without further generosity, he WILL NOT be able to stay for an additional year, thereby, losing the opportunity to audition and be employed by a professional ballet company in the USA.
