Help while recovering from surgery

My name is Wanda, and I had back surgery Thursday February 8th. I do not have assistance for my living situation, and will be out of work for this back surgery. I have no savings, and I just need financial help while I am recovering. Anyone that knows me knows this is difficult, asking for help, but at this point, I feel, I have no choice.
