Appreciation for Tom Schnure!

Hello Pinyon Crest Peeps -

'Tis that time of year when it is customary to extend additional appreciation for various service providers - and the services Tom Schnure has consistently performed for decades for our community are nothing less than phenomenal!

Please help to secretly & collectively show some appreciation to Tom for all he does here for our community (deadline Dec. 27th).

While Tom does receive pay for his work, he goes above and beyond what is already a full-time job, it often means he works early mornings and late nights, through the wind and cold, on weekends and holidays – exceeding the standard 40-hour workweek. Tom rarely takes time off. Our seven miles of private roads are truly ENVIED for how well he maintains them throughout the entire year! Here is a short list of what Tom does:

• skids, blades and fills the roads

• maintains the run-offs and the grades on our roads

• maintains and repairs our water system

• reads water meters

• does daily tank-checks

• does daily chlorine tests

• maintains pump balance

• does timer checks

• maintains our equipment, such as the water truck, backhoe and generator

• proactively manages our infrastructure

• fixes mailboxes, road signs... and more!

Fortunately, Tom has decades of experience, related certificates, and vast familiarity with our beautiful community to facilitate how he takes such excellent care of it for us!

Should everyone on this email distribution list choose to show their appreciation by as little as $20/each, we could easily collect at least $1,500.00 in bonus appreciation pay for Tom this year. Please contribute how you see fit, and we’ll see to it that he receives the bonus-surprise before the end of 2022.
