Writers Strike Coffee Cart

Hi, I'm Dave Crosman, an aspiring screenwriter living outside of L.A.

I wanted to find a way to lend support to the strike even though I can't be there in person. While sipping on a coffee, an idea, and the caffeine, hit me - a coffee cart giving out free coffee to those on the picket line.

With your help, the fantastic Kate And Joe's Coffee Co (https://www.kateandjoscoffeeco.com/) will be at a strike location, with their cart, giving out free coffee to those striking.

While not a member of the WGA, I am a big supporter of artists/creatives and of unions. If you believe as I do, please give what you can to give some support to those on the line, making their voices heard for all current and future writers.

Now that SAG-AFTRA is on strike, coffee is needed now more than ever.

UPDATE:

We've hit our first goal! Thank you all you have donated and spread the word.

If the parking gods are on our side the cart will be at the Paramount Studios strike location on Thursday, May 4th, at 9am.

I've now added a "stretch goal" to provide more time/days. Thanks again!

The cart is on location at the Paramount Strike Location and giving out coffee. The eagle has landed.
