My name is Julio Cesar Almanza. I also go by JC.

I have a unique story that starts in the rough areas of Chicago. I have consciously detached myself from my past to allow for a more fantastic future. I have gone through things that most people would describe as unspeakable and life-changing. From a very young age, I was always fascinated with the wrong lifestyle, so naturally, I was put into very rough circumstances due to my choices.

For a decade now, I have made significant steps in the right direction by leaving my past and surrounding myself with great people and good lifestyle choices. I am very grateful that I now have a very active lifestyle, and my main focus is helping others achieve their physical and spiritual goals. The Fitness lifestyle and spiritual walk have changed my outlook on life, and I like to share that with my clients and others interested in living a more active lifestyle.

I am a very driven individual focused on building my brand for the Kingdom to live a better lifestyle and helping others evolve into a better version of themselves. I am a dedicated person who others can count on and willing to do what it takes to create and reach goals. Regardless of your background or story, we can all agree that a better life is what we are working for. Focusing on our spiritual walk, nutrition and physical activity allows our incredible bodies to work with us, not against us.

Through studying and training, I now understand the human body and nutrition and its critical role in having a healthy physique. I train with people from all backgrounds and have gotten the pleasure of knowing I make a difference in many people’s lives. I went from having a very depressing vision of life to being confident and happy about the person I look at in the mirror, and I want to share that with others. I have dedicated extra time to educating my community about the effects of unhealthy habits and eating through social media, free boot-camp classes, and conferences. I am concentrated on advancing myself while helping. Life after prison is the wrong to strong way.
