Live From Nowhere

The sudden global shutdown of live entertainment as a result of COVID-19 has had profound effects on both the people behind the scenes who make entertainment possible and the public at large. With “social distancing” becoming the norm for most and everything from television shows to touring concerts cancelled for the foreseeable future, there is a drought of live entertainment, and a sudden loss of vital income for those who work in the industry. At a time when the need for entertainment is at its highest the entertainment industry is at its lowest.

In response, we have created Live From Nowhere, a broadcast pop up streaming nightly, live from locations around the country. With different guest artists performing a live set or jam session, having topical discussions and providing insight into their lives, we hope to provide the fans with a sense of community and entertainment in this time of need.

For health and safety reasons, there will be no live audience; instead, the performances will be live streamed and syndicated by a major streaming service. We are partnering with Touring Career Workshop, with all proceeds going directly to support concert and music industry professionals who have been affected by this unprecedented shutdown.
