Linda Powell

My mom, Linda Powell, tragically lost her life while crossing the street Thursday morning on her way to work when she was struck by 2 vehicles. Neither driver stopped to render aid and she passed away as a result. She was only 55 years old and was a very lively person with a heart of gold. She would spend an entire day cooking meals and then taking food to the homeless people around Atlanta. She adored her grandchildren and was maternal to everyone that was fortunate enough to know her. She lived her life helping others and worrying about everyone she loved.

Unfortunately she did not have life insurance and we are in need of help paying for her funeral. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Her funeral services are being held at JC

Harwell & sons funeral home in Covington, Ga. I will update everyone on the date and time as soon as I know. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come and celebrate her life with us. She lived her life caring for others and it would mean so much to us if we could all come together and show her how loved she was and still is at her services.
