WTC Streaming for 2019

With the help of the WMH community and Moosemachine, the WTC committee is hoping to provide a high-quality stream, insightful commentary, and player interviews. We need your help to make this happen! Please consider a donation below to help bring live streaming to the WTC this year. Thank you!
Goals
1. Provide the Information required to get excited about the event:
• Teams participating
• Players participating
• Statistics from previous years
• Past recorded games to see the players in action
• Predictions from blogs and podcasts to build hype
2. Provide an easy way to watch the event
• Streaming to all major platforms
• Insightful Commentary
• Player interviews
• Partnering with international partners to provide native language streams
• Live updating of on and off screen associated assets for keeping up with non streamed games
3. Provide after event info to fuel next years event
• Statistics
• VoD Games
• Interviews with winners
• Video of the event including non game footage
Also to ensure the greatest uptake and to foster international engagement we would try to work with partners to produce multi language streams.

Broadcast resolution: 1920 x1080 : 30fps
Commentator station
Primary monitor showing stream output
Secondary touch screen monitor for telestration
3 sets of mic / headphone sets for commentators
Commentator camera
Chat Laptop for twitch interaction

Multiview Monitor (shows all cameras for switching)

The primary transmission between the 3 computers is NDI. The cameras are a mixture of HDMI captured, USB and RTMP cams running at 1080p or 720p

Moosemachine will fly to Belgium and ship everything else needed. We will source Local Talent for hosting.
