Help save my grandmas home

My grandmother Betty has spent her entire life helping others.
My grandma was a single mother to two girls, she did everything she could to get by and give them the best life she could. It turned out that they became two beautiful strong women just like her…her first gift to the world.
When my mother was a teenager my grandma adopted her friends son and raised him as her own. When my brother and I were children she took care of us after school for many years.
She also has spent most of her career caring for Elderly and disabled people as a home care aid, spending her time tirelessly with people in the last and most needy days of their lives.
& now works as kitchen staff at a summer camp for many people who spend time there during the season.
My grandmother never has turned anyone down who has needed help and truly lives to serve others. She is the most selfless and kindest people that I and many others have met. Come as you are and stay true to yourself & you will have a friend in her, someone to confide in and lean on no matter how fragile you are. She is truly a living angel and has never asked for anything from anyone, even when she may have needed it.
my grandma started building her cabin 20 years ago in the backwoods of East Tennessee with a vision of a little holler to call her own, where she could tend to her flowers and spend time in the peace of nature with her dog. A life long friend of hers gave her some money to make this dream a reality & after a little time and a lot of hard work and determination her small dream cabin became a reality. Years of family get togethers for Fourth of July and thanksgiving and all the visits in between made this place more than just a cabin in the woods, it made it a sacred place that everyone was excited to share & longed for when we were all going about our daily lives down here in Florida. I spent every summer at grandmas with my brother rearranging rocks in the creek to make it sound just perfect for grandma when she would sit on the porch. We made rope swings, zipplines, treehouses, forts, bonfires; nothing was off limits as long as everyone was getting along and having fun, grandma always said yes. We have a tradition for anyone who visits that they have to paint a stone from the creek to leave on the porch or in the flower bed to add to the millions of memories made deep in the woods… grandmas cabin grew a little bit and a second modest cabin was also built there, because there was always someone coming to see her and spend some time. Grandma not only created peace for herself by building that cabin, but everyone else who she loved.
She and her best friend lost connection, and grandma had found out some time after that Teri had passed away…fast foreword to last year and the reason I am writing this…she was notified by an attorney that one of Teri’s estranged daughters had been granted some of her mothers investments; including part of my grandmas cabin.
My grandma is left with the option to sell the property and give her earnings to Her old friends daughter, or pay a settlement of $17,000 to her friends daughter to keep her home.
Myself and my family are devastated that someone could put this kind of stress on a 76 year old woman. My grandma & uncle have no where to go if this happens, she cannot afford to start over this late in life, already retired and just working to make enough to pay for electric and propane…all she wants is to be in the peace of her dream home in her dream state living her life asking for nothing from anyone ever, spending the remainder of her life somewhere that means the world to her and all of us…somewhere that cannot be replaced or forgotten.
If any of you can help someone who deserves help, for the one time in life she actually needs someone to save her, please donate anything you can. I want nothing more then for my grandma to finally have nothing to worry about, for all of her good karma to finally be repayed back to her and be helped the way she has spent her entire life helping EVERYONE else. Any donation helps, please share if you can. She deserves to be able to keep her home and be happy more than anyone I’ve ever known.
