Help My Dad Fund His Kidney Transplant

Hello everyone my name is Senumi, and I am 13 years old. My dad, Shamal Lalindra was diagnosed with kidney failure approximately 3 years ago and as a result requires dialysis and a kidney transplant.
Now he has reached the point where he receives dialysis twice a week and he’s in End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD ) with a kidney that only functions at 3%.
For his medication he has to spend a large amount of money. He has to undergo a kidney transplant as soon as possible in order to stay alive.
The operation requires approximately LKR 2.8 million (14 ,000 USD), donor charges of LKR 1.5 million (7,500 USD) and medical reports & medication totaling LKR 500,000 (2,500 USD).
Sadly, my father can’t bare this amount alone. I would really appreciate if you could please lend us some financial support.
