Donation protected
JOHN HICKMAN, BANJO PICKER, NEEDS YOUR HELP!
John Hickman, banjo player extraordinaire, of Guthrie, OK, has given joy to millions of bluegrass fans around the world. Now he needs you to give back. At age 72, John, a Marine Corps veteran, has fallen ill with cancer and heart problems, and has become unable to perform with the Byron Berline Band.
John has had a successful music career with the Dixie Gentlemen, Pee Wee Lambert, Landon Rowe, the Stony Mountain Boys, Sundance, BCH, California, and the Byron Berline Band.
John's ongoing health problems have prevented him from being able to work, and his medical expenenses have depleted his resources . He and wife Susan desperately need a new roof, along with other repairs. A corporate donation partner has been identified to provide some of the building materials, but a minimum of $2,600 is need to hire the roofing work to be professionally completed.
We have now exceeded our original goal, but the needs are great and the response has been overwhelming. God bless you all.
Please help! This repair work is urgently needed.
