To hell with Cancer

Hi my names Adam. I’m 36 years old.

many here probably know me as the alias WALMOT. I’ve been posting anything Leeds related for quite some time now.

in September I was diagnosed with an inoperable incurable liver cancer that has a very poor prognosis. This obviously was a shock to all of my family. I spent many weeks defeated and without hope. Since then I have reprogrammed my mind almost to see the positives in absolutely everything. I approach each day with purpose and fight. I will not be told how this will go. I will not be told it can’t be beaten back. I intend to give this horrible disease the run around.

there are obviously the financial stresses that come with this. Work will not be possible even though that’s what I’d rather be doing. I have received messages asking how people can support me financially and I am doing this without any expectation from absolutely anyone. A message of support is worth its weight in any coin.
