Help Support The Thompsons

River is a 17 year old junior at Nevada high school and on the morning of Thursday December 10th he was involved in a very  severe motor vehicle accident. He was transported via air ambulance to Mercy Hospital in DesMoines. He suffered multiple facial fractures, severe brain trauma, a broken pelvis as well as many and varied injuries. Yesterday he underwent several surgeries to treat the most severe injuries. We are most grateful to all the people from the EMT's to the staff at Story County and here at Mercy for their care. His condition is very fragile. We're asking for support from family's, friends and people around the world to help with medical costs. Thank you!
