Helping the Jones Family

On December 23rd around 10:30am our mother was at the center of a horrific car crash, as she was hit head on by a semi-truck; a crash in which most don't survive. The result of this accident has caused our mom to have two broken ankles, two broken legs, a broken pelvis bone, a broken tailbone, broken ribs, two broken wrists, and two broken arms. She needed stitches on her leg and face, and will be needing surgery on her left leg, left foot, left wrist, and potentially left pinky. The team at Butterworth Hospital is doing around-the-clock care, taking additional tests and x-rays. All we're asking for is help to recover what she had lost in the accident, as her belongings were scattered and her clothes and outerwear needed to be cut off.
This will be her first Christmas in the hospital, and those who know our mom know that this woman ADORES Christmas. She will be spending the holiday in the hospital and will be there into the New Year. Her spirits are understandably up and down. Any money raises will go straight towards myself and my sister for travel to the hospital & rehabilitation centers (my sister also flew in from PA after the accident to be here and is currently living with me in my small apartment), standard household bills, and any other needs we will surprisingly come across within this journey.
We understand that because this is so close to the holidays, folks may not have much to donate and that's absolutely ok. We are doing this to bring awareness and to keep our family spirit alive.
Thank you all,
Kendra & Paige
