Abandoned kittens need food (& cats sterilisation)

Fatima has been trying to care for kittens which are constantly dumped on a rubbish tip for years. ERHAM a very small registered charity is funding local sterilisations, but it is kitten season and now more than 120 kittens have been abandoned with no food or water. That was  a week ago and although we hung a banner telling people that their behaviour is Haram (forbidden) still they turn up with kittens and leave them to their peril. Many die. 

Before I leave Morocco for the UK on the 30th April I must put a system in place to support these kittens, and to run an intensive sterilisation campaign to stop this happening again.  I can do it, but I have no funds but my own money. Please help me to help Fatima and these vulnerable kittens.
