Sweet Charlotte

Hi, my name is Jaclyn Bush. Those who know me personally are aware that my love for animals especially my own runs deep. Many people say this about their dogs, but Charlotte is truly the very best. She helped me get through the passing of my first dog Anna and consulted me many nights through the tears. She has always been there for me through hell and high water cheering me on in only ways that she could. On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 7:10 am my best friend was hit by a car that did not even stop or check if she was okay. I found Charlotte lying on the road trying to come towards my voice. Within minutes I had her in the car and rushed to the emergency vet and was told she had multiple pelvic fractures and a broken hip -it didn't look good and the doctor suggested I put her down but I cannot do that. She is my lifeline and I know she has a lot of fights left so much so she made it through the night and went to the bathroom on her own. I hate that money stands in the way of treatment for my dog. This year has been extremely challenging for me financially and when things finally start to look up this happens. I am asking for donations to save my best friend's life. Anything helps. I am told that we are going to have a long road ahead of us despite not knowing all the costs. I am so thankful for all of your prayers and those that check in on me.
