WWER Studio build

WWER is a non-profit community radio station in Colonial Beach, VA. We have found a landlord willing to rent us space for a studio in exchange for on air announcements, but first we have to build it. They are willing to help us pay for it, but cannot pay for all of it. We need to raise funds for the construction.
