Help Jack smile again!

My name is Jack Mabe, and I'm a 39-year-old native of Greensboro, NC, married with one wonderful son. I will admit, I am using GoFundme as a last resort to get my horrible dental issues rectified, hopefully. I have always taken great care of my teeth and been diligent about dental visits. But unfortunately, I have a genetic disorder, and there's nothing I can do about it. The chronic pain, constant infections, broken teeth, etc; are overwhelming and insurmountable.

Over the years, I've spent around $20,000 on root canals, crowns, implants, bone grafts and other things to try and save my teeth. But that just isn't possible for me. I have already had all of my top teeth removed and all my bottom molars. I am now looking at getting the remainder of my bottom teeth (10) removed to relieve that constant pain. I have one existing implant on the top, but that may have to be removed as well. So the next steps after healing would be to get a couple of implants on the bottom jaw to hold in a permanent denture, and to get a denture for my top jaw as well. My goal is to be able to eat solid food again, smile and kiss my gorgeous wife.

Again, I admit it is a bit embarrassing to ask people for money for medical/dental issues; but we just don't know where else to turn at this point. My wife and I both work, and I have two different dental insurances, but the costs are so extreme we have already gone into enormous debt just to get to this point.
