Wyman Fire Victims

On the evening of January 24, 2021 a property of the Newton Housing Authority experienced a serious fire. We are fortunate to say that no one was hurt during this terrible incident. However, due to the severity of the fire and smoke damage, four Newton families have been displaced from their apartments.
Newton Housing Authority is working to place families safely, however many families lost furniture, clothing, food, and personal effects. This fund is to help support these residents as they do the difficult and stressful work of replacing items and setting-up their new apartments.
It is our hope that we will be able to provide each family with the support they need to get back on their feet. Any assistance you donate will directly to each of these families.
