Fight Like A Girl - Ellen Cole

Donation protected
Seven years ago, Ellen Cole was diagnosed with Ovarian & Uterine Cancer.  After surgery to remove the Tumors and more than six months of chemotherapy she got the wonderful news that she was cancer free! Unfortunately, in early 2013 Ellen was given the news that her Ovarian cancer had returned and it had moved to her liver.

Through these last couple of years, Ellen has had many ups and downs, but she has been a fighter through it all. She has been able to meet her newest granddaughter, Adalynn, and share special moments with her oldest granddaughter, Moriah. Even though she hasn’t always felt great, she keeps her head up, and tries to be strong for those around her.

On Monday, June 8th, Ellen was admitted to Presbyterian Dallas. Her blood counts are critically low and she is in constant pain.  While everyone is praying for the best, we know her time is drawing to a close.  She will be missed terribly and there will be a whole in everyone's heart that won't be filled.  However, Ellen knows that a better place awaits.

During this time we know that many of Ellen's friends have asked how they can help.  We ask for your help in two ways: First is prayer. Second, if you are able to provide any financial donations towards future expenses the family might have during this time, it would be greatly appreciated.  We certainly understand if you are not able to do so. But, most of all, we thank you for your prayers.

On behalf of the family, we thank you for your prayers and any financial donation you are led to provide.
