Hi my name is Kimberly Ortega I am Matthew Ortega's sister. We are devastated to learn that my brother was struggling with mental health issues and on Tuesday evening 8/22/23 2 days after his 26th birthday Matthew decided to take his own life. My family is going through a difficult time right now and unfortunately Matthew didn't have life insurance and we don't have the funds to cover his funeral or cremation expenses. So we are reaching out, asking for any amount of donations to help lay him to rest.

One thing about my Matthew is he was a protector and a fighter for the people he loved and he loved his kids and his kids loved him he was a really good dad ♥️
