Vet Bill

Donation protected

Update: Poor Leo is fighting an infection and has not been eating or drinking. During his vet visit today he had to be put on a drip and have more stitches after the swelling had gone down because he still had gaping holes. Another £756 today as well as £205 yesterday.
Update: I’ve recently heard that the owner of the dogs has been charged and advised to put them to sleep.
UPDATE: Leo’s first vet bill was £800 yesterday, then a further £100 today for more meds. Upcoming appointment include Monday for another checkup then as it is just now two weeks time to be sedated again and have the drain removed with more stitches.

I’ve decided to set this go fund me page for my elderly neighbours Margaret and Malcom who are faced with an expensive vet bill.
Margaret and her small jack Russell dog (Leo) were attacked today by two other dogs. This happened whilst on their morning walk to the shop.
Margaret was lucky to only sustain an injury to her hand however Leo had to be sedated at an emergency vet appointment and have various puncture wounds stitched. Leo also requires follow up appointments over the next few days as well as medication. As an elderly couple who dote on their dog this is a traumatic experience for them without the added worry of the vet bill.
