Update 03/05/2022 :
First off Let's me start this with God is Good, God is Great!! Thank you Jesus for all that you have done for Aaron, the kids and I, I thank you for giving me strength and giving me so much courage to continue to do what I do for my family! You have shown me and everyone around us that Miracles do happen everyday, I know this for sure because my husband Aaron happens to be a living miracle we see everyday and we're so blessed to have him home here with us, and continue his recovery with those that love him all around. Thank you for your blessings and thank you for showing me the way when I felt lost, in your name I pray, Amen!!
Aaron has come along way, but still has not been able to hit his Goal as of yet, but doesn't mean we won't make it. Physical Therapy told us they have to discharge Aaron and stop therapy due to the lack of improvement he has made. I recently received a letter from the Insurance stating that there stopping all funding for his PT, OT and Speech. (ive appealed twice, both denied) So I've decided to take the next step and not give up on my husband and start therapy on my own which he so far has being doing great! We are trying to get Medical equipment such as standing frames, bed transfer, weights and etc buts it's been very hard for me to do any of it. I'm raising our four children, homeschooling them, caring for Aaron, working with Aaron, doctors appointments, car maintenance, bills, mortgage etc all on my own which is so hard to do when your alone. We were also just informed that our home that we have been renting for almost 12 years, the owner is asking for us to move within the next year due to his wife wanting to move closer to her family. Which makes it even harder for me to get anything done when I have so much going on. I have to move fast and either find another home for us to rent or find our forever home. Alot of people ask me how do I do what I do without breaking? It's having faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and remain strong not only for my children and Aaron but mostly for myself. Aaron is our world and just because the insurance refuses to continue therapy I will not stop!! We have 4 weeks left of therapy and I need to prepare for him to continue here at home. I may have hit some health problems myself but it doesn't mean to stop, it means keep pushing harder and keep reaching for the top. Im asking for everyone's help once again and if you can't I truly truly understand and would appreciate it if you can share our story and help us get to where we need to be. This hasn't been home for us for the last three years due to our master being upstairs and Aaron not able to walk. We converted our pantry room in our new bedroom which is quite small but we make it work. Anything Helps and anything is appreciated. Thank you all and God bless.

On October 25th, 2018 our beloved Aaron suffered a hemorrhagic stroke while he was working out in Arizona (he often travels for work). Aaron was rushed to the hospital by ambulance where he had emergency brain surgery to stop the bleeding in his brain, which then caused him to slip into a coma. His stay at the hospital hasn't been easy for his wife, children and family. After Aaron’s surgery we found out that he had suffered brain damage (due to the brain bleed/hemorrhagic stroke) that also left him with partial paralysis on the right side of his body. He has been dependent on a ventilator, especially while battling early stage pneumonia. He then had a tracheotomy procedure on November 2nd, 2018 and a feeding tube(G/J) placed on November 3rd, 2018 so that he can continue to get proper nutrition and medications. Aaron is currently getting care at a hospital in Chandler Arizona. His wife has been by his side since October 25th, but it hasn’t been easy since their children are at home in California. She is juggling being by her husband’s side and trying to make sure their children are cared for. Doctors requested that if Aaron shows improvement within the next few days, that it would be best if he went to a rehabilitation facility to start his recovery. We ask that you all continue to pray for Aaron, his wife and their family. If you have the means to donate, please do so! Any and all donations, whether it is $1, $5, $10, etc. will help ease the burden placed on Aaron’s family. If you cannot donate, please take the time to continue to pray and to share this fundraiser! It is time to get Aaron home to his family and into a rehab facility so he can get better!
